...Patchy dense fog early this morning...

Patchy dense fog will limit visibilities to under a quarter mile
at times early this morning. Drivers should be prepared for
rapidly changing conditions especially across the mountain
valleys. Slow down and use low beam headlights when driving
through fog. Conditions will start to improve in the next hour
with fog expected to dissipate around 10 AM if not sooner.
