  *Medium, Precipitation amounts and snow levels

.Timing and Strength...
  *Heaviest precipitation Tuesday and Thursday with lighter
   amounts Wednesday
  *Total 4 to 7 inches over Sierra Nevada and foothills, 1 to 3
   inches in Valley
  *12 to 24 inches new snowfall near and above Sierra Nevada
  *Snow levels 3500 feet to 6000 feet north to south with lowest
   snow levels Thursday
