NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...EAST TEXAS AND
NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

THE COLDEST AIR SINCE THE WINTER OF 2015 WILL ENCOMPASS
THE FOUR STATE REGION TONIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE UPPER TEENS ACROSS SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...TO THE LOWER AND
MIDDLE 20S ELSEWHERE WILL OCCUR. TAKE THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
SUCH AS COVERING EXPOSED PIPES...BRINGING PETS INDOORS AND
COVERING SENSITIVE VEGETATION. FURTHERMORE...NORTH WIND SPEEDS
WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 15 TO 20 MPH AFTER THE
COLD FRONT PASSAGE...PARTICULARLY ACROSS EAST TEXAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

ANOTHER VERY COLD NIGHT IS EXPECTED ONCE AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
EARLY SATURDAY MORNING WITH TEMPERATURES DROPPING INTO THE MIDDLE
TO UPPER 20S. THEREAFTER...WARMER TEMPERATURES SHOULD RETURN TO
THE REGION ALONG WITH INCREASING RAIN CHANCES SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
THE DAY MONDAY.
