The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Haskell County in west central Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT

* At 634 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts have been 1 to 2 inches during the
  past hour. Additional heavy rainfall will continue through 930 pm.
  This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Haskell, Stamford, Rule, Rochester, Weinert, O`brien, Irby, Lake
  Stamford Marina, Sagerton, Paint Creek and Us-380 Near The Haskell-
  Stonewall County Line.

This includes the following low water crossings ...
    County Road 274 crossing Brushy Creek...
    Loop Road crossing Paint Creek...
    County Road 279 crossing North Paint Creek and
    crossings along County Road 247.
Do not drive through these low water crossings or any other
low water crossing with water flowing across the roadway.


Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
