CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
LIKELY THIS EVENING OVER NORTHEAST KANSAS. AN ISOLATED STORM OR
TWO CANNOT BE RULED OUT WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL THE PRIMARY
THREAT. WIDESPREAD OR SIGNIFICANT SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.

THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE ISOLATED HEAVY RAIN. GIVEN THE
SATURATED SOIL CONDITIONS...FLASH FLOODING CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
