At 553 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Lonaconing to 7 miles east of
Elkins. Movement was east at 40 mph.

Gusts of around 45 mph are possible.

Cumberland, Frostburg, Keyser, Moorefield, Petersburg, Westernport,
Romney, Hancock, Bel Air, Paw Paw, Bayard, Rough Run, Greenwood, La
