CENTERED EAST-SOUTHEAST OF GUAM WILL BE PASSING OVER THE ISLAND FROM
NORTH TO SOUTH. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN OF AN INCH OR MORE AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING MOST OF GUAM
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE IN THE
HEAVIEST RAIN.
