TO BE IMPACTED BY HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS OR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
INCLUDE WILBUR...COLVILLE...CHEWELAH...AND RUBY.  BRIEF HEAVY
RAIN...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS UP TO
25 MPH...AND SMALL HAIL CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGEST
