MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE WASHINGTON AND IDAHO PALOUSE AND INTO
THE LEWIS CLARK VALLEY. SOME OF THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN, GUSTY WINDS AND OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG HIGHWAY 195 SOUTH OF SPANGLE
AND HIGHWAY 95 SOUTH OF PLUMMER SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN CHANGES
IN VISIBILITY IN HEAVY RAIN.
