Fog has formed again this morning throughout the central valley
and Delta. Visibility has lowered to one quarter mile through much
of the lower elevation Sacramento valley, Delta and northern San
Joaquin valley. This fog has become locally dense. Use extra
caution when traveling through fog as visibility can drop rapidly
at highway speeds. Slow down when entering areas of denser fog and
use low beam headlights.
