...All river forecast points will remain well below flood stage...

Rainfall during the past 24 hours was reported generally from
the vicinity of Columbia to areas north and east. Amounts were
generally around one-half inch or less.

Moderate atmospheric moisture will remain across the area through
this evening before lowering somewhat on Friday. Enough instability
and weak short wave energy will be on hand this afternoon to support
widely scattered showers and thunderstorms...with little or no
activity expected on Friday.

Minor stage fluctuations are forecast for area river basins through
Saturday.
