THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHWEST AND FAR
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME STORMS
PRODUCED HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN IN
FAR NORTHWEST CHERRY COUNTY. HIGHS RANGED FROM THE LOWER 60S IN
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA TO THE LOWER 70S SOUTHWEST. SOUTHEAST WINDS
STAYED AROUND 10 MPH THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE WILL INCREASE LATE THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT
ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA...ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
80. GUSTY WINDS...HAIL...AND HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS. LOWS TONIGHT WILL GENERALLY BE IN THE LOWER TO MID
50S. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FOR MEMORIAL DAY.
