A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING RAIN FREE WEATHER TO THE MID
SOUTH TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL
BE IN THE 70S WITH LOWS TONIGHT RANGING FROM THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 40S
NEAR THE TENNESSEE RIVER TO LOWER 50S ELSEWHERE. A GRADUAL WARMING
TREND IS EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK WITH HIGHS IN THE 80S AND LOWS
IN THE 50S AND 60S. CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
RETURN BY NEXT SUNDAY AS LOW LEVEL MOISTURE INCREASES ACROSS THE
LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
