HIGH PRESSURE HAS SETTLED OVER THE MID SOUTH PROVIDING FOR
DRY AND UNSEASONABLY COOL CONDITIONS. THIS HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
WILL SHIFT EAST THROUGH THE WEEKEND WITH A RETURN TO SOUTHERLY
FLOW AND INCREASING MOISTURE VALUES. TEMPERATURES SHOULD QUICKLY
REBOUND BACK CLOSER TO NORMAL ON FRIDAY AND THEN WELL ABOVE NORMAL
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. INCREASING MOISTURE IN THE
WEEKEND SHOULD SUPPORT AT LEAST ISOLATED SHOWERS.

A COLD FRONT SHOULD MOVE INTO THE REGION EARLY NEXT WEEK HELPING
TO INCREASE RAIN CHANCES ACROSS THE MID SOUTH. THIS FRONT SHOULD
STALL OUT ACROSS THE REGION KEEPING RAIN CHANCES IN THE FORECAST
THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK ALONG WITH COOLER TEMPERATURES.
