...Some River Rises Expected This Afternoon in Parts of Northeast
Iowa and Southwest Wisconsin...

Runoff from heavy rainfall combined with frozen ground has
produced rises on many area streams and rivers across northeast
Iowa and southwest Wisconsin.

While most rivers and streams are expected to remain below flood
stage, a few locations could experience minor flooding, including
the Grant River near Burton and the Platte River in Grant County.

If you come upon flooded roadways, be sure to turn around. Never
drive through flood waters.
