AN AREA OF SNOW WILL MOVE QUICKLY THROUGH CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING. BRIEF
PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW MAY OCCUR DURING THE MORNING HOURS AND
POTENTIALLY IMPACT THE EARLY MONDAY COMMUTE. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
SNOW WILL QUICKLY COVER THE ROADS...ESPECIALLY UNTREATED
STREETS. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS AND ALSO REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW.
THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF OR MIX WITH RAIN THROUGH THE
MID MORNING HOURS AS TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE FREEZING.
