...VERY COLD TEMPERATURES LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

ANOTHER ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL SETTLE OVER THE AREA TONIGHT INTO
THURSDAY. LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP TO 5 TO 10 BELOW
ZERO. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH THE COLD TO
PRODUCE WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO.

WIND CHILLS OF 20 BELOW ZERO OR COLDER CAN PRODUCE FROSTBITE
WITHIN 30 MINUTES. INDIVIDUALS GOING OUTSIDE LATE TONIGHT AND
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING SHOULD DRESS APPROPRIATELY.
