A cold front stretched north to south near the Missouri River will
slowly shift east. Behind the cold front, expect winds out of the
north and west to weaken. Ahead of the front winds will remain out
of the south to southeast mainly 15 to 25 mph, before diminishing to
around 10 to 15 mph into early Saturday morning. Showers and weak
thunderstorms will also continue to slowly weaken while exiting
across far eastern South Dakota and west central Minnesota tonight.

Mainly dry weather will return for Saturday, with the exception of
south central South Dakota, which has a 20 percent chance of
mainly afternoon showers and thunderstorms.

Low temperatures Saturday morning will be in the 50s, with a few 60
degree readings over north central South Dakota. Highs Saturday will
be in the 80s.
