The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Warren County in north central Pennsylvania...
  Western McKean County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 815 PM EDT

* At 509 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Additional storms are
  forming to the west of Warren, and will be slow moving. Upwards of
  another inch of rain will be possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Warren, Allegany State Park, Scandia, Lottsville, Youngsville,
  Ludlow, Marshburg, Grand Valley, Russell and Wetmore.


A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
