...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
  counties, Fulton OH and Henry.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavier
    showers and thunderstorms have dissipated. Minor flooding is
    expected across the advisory area through the early overnight
    hours.. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with
    localized higher amounts.  The heaveist rainfall has occurred
    across the northern portions of Henry County.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area, but most locations will see little to no
    additional rainfall tonight.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Napoleon, Wauseon, Liberty Center, Texas, Gerald, Colton,
    Brailey and Pettisville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
