The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Yellow Creek in southern Stephenson County in northwestern
  Illinois...

* Until 200 PM CDT Wednesday

* At 152 PM CDT, emergency management indicated flooding continues,
  mainly on the lower end of Yellow Creek. However, levels have
  dropped by several feet overnight. Water levels on the creek are
  expected to continue falling through the afternoon and overnight.

* Locations that can expect to experience flooding are along and
  near Yellow Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
