.DISCUSSION...
Mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers will be expected
throughout Tuesday. Showers will be capable of brief bursts of
rain and gusty winds, but will decrease in coverage by late
Tuesday afternoon. Snow levels will begin above the spot elevation
(over 6000 feet), but may drop to near the spot location (5000
feet) by Tuesday night that would introduce a mix of rain and snow
to the area.

* Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered rain showers in the
  vicinity of the spot all day. Showers will start to decrease in
  coverage after 1800.
* Max Temperature.....46-51.
* Min Humidity........45-50 percent. Higher near snowpack.
* Wind (20 ft)........West-northwest around 5-8 mph. Occasional
  gusts up to 15 mph until sunset. Gusts could be locally stronger
  during shower activity
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...20 percent.
* Mixing Height.......8000 ft agl.
* Mixing Winds........Northwest 10-15 mph.
* Precip Amount.......0.01 inches.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...

* Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain showers
  after sunset. Snow levels will drop right around the spot
  location into the early Wednesday morning hours that could turn
  precipitation type into a rain/snow mix. Chance of wet weather
  will greatly increase by Wednesday morning.
* Min Temperature.....31-36.
* Max Humidity........90-95 percent.
* Wind (20 ft)........Becoming southerly 3-6 mph after sunset.
  Occasional downslope wind gust up to 15 mph in the evening/dusk
  hours.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...20 percent.
* Mixing Height.......8000 ft agl decreasing to 3500 ft agl after
  midnight.
* Mixing Winds........West 15 mph.
* Precip Amount.......0.04 inches.
