AN AREA OF MODERATE RAIN IS DEVELOPING OVER THE BLUE MOUNTAINS
AND THE FOOTHILLS IN OREGON. PRECIPITATION CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH
THE NIGHT...AND MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES. A QUARTER TO A HALF INCH OF
RAIN OR MORE WILL BE POSSIBLE BY SATURDAY MORNING. ISOLATED
LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. SNOW LEVELS WILL
FALL TO AROUND 6000 FEET OVERNIGHT.
