.SYNOPSIS...A weather front associated with low pressure that
extends from  high in the Siberian Arctic to a 996 mb low in the
Gulf of Anadyr  this morning is moving into the Eastern Bering
Sea and Chukchi Sea. As the front moves E the low will move into
the Chukchi Sea by  Friday afternoon at 996 mb, then moves N
along 170W with  troughing extending S over the West Coast. Weak
ridging will build over the eastern Bering Sea late Sat.
