LITTLE IN THE WAY OF ACTIVE WEATHER WAS OBSERVED OVERNIGHT AS HIGH
CLOUDS DRIFTED OFF THE ROCKIES ONTO THE ADJACENT PLAINS TODAY. PRE-
DAWN LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE TEENS IN EASTERN COLORADO TO
THE LOWER 20S IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

UPPER LEVEL NORTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL REMAIN EVIDENT ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PLAINS AS RIDGING DRIFTS EAST OVER THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST.
SURFACE TROUGHING ON THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROCKIES WILL MOVE TOWARDS
THE KANSAS BORDER BY FRIDAY MORNING. THE QUIET WEATHER PATTERN WILL
CONTINUE WITH CLEAR SKIES THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. WARMER
TEMPERATURES CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 40S IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
TO THE LOWER 60S IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO
THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S IN WESTERN AND CENTRAL KANSAS.
