WITH THE PASSAGE OF A MORNING COLD FRONT, GUSTY NORTH WINDS AND
COOLER TEMPERATURES WERE COMMON THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE HIGH
PLAINS. BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON, CLEAR SKIES WERE NOTED OVER WESTERN
AND CENTRAL KANSAS. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY RANGED FROM THE MID 60S
IN EASTERN COLORADO TO THE MID 70S IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH MOVES ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING,
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD BACK INTO THE INTERMOUNTAIN
WEST. AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS MOVES OFF
INTO THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY, TROUGHING WILL REDEVELOP OVER EASTERN
COLORADO. WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH THIS EVENING WITH COLDER
TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TOWARDS MORNING. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES ARE
EXPECTED ON MONDAY WITH SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES. A WARMING
TREND CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH MID WEEK.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S IN NORTHERN KANSAS TO THE
MID 40S IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID
70S IN EASTERN COLORADO TO THE UPPER 70S AND LOWER 80S IN WESTERN
KANSAS.
