Rain showers quickly tapered off after sunset last night, with
total rainfall up to one tenth of an inch reported. The sky
cleared overnight and winds lightened, allowing temperatures to
drop into the mid to upper 40s for much of western Nebraska.

A dry cold front will sweep through the area today, keeping highs
seasonably mild in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Along with fair
conditions, northwest winds will be breezy at times. Lows tonight
will range from the upper 30s in northwest Nebraska to mid 40s far
southwest.
