THROUGH 9 AM...AREAS OF FOG WILL BE LOCALLY DENSE AT TIMES OVER
THE BLUEGRASS REGION. VISIBILITIES WILL INTERMITTENTLY DROP TO A
QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN SOME PLACES. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE
CAUTION...AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES.

FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE RAPIDLY OVER THE NEXT HOUR WITH IMPROVING
VISIBILITIES EXPECTED TOWARD 830 TO 9 AM.
