...Patchy fog this morning...

Patchy fog will persist across portions of eastern Pennsylvania
and New Jersey through 1030 AM. Visibility may be reduced to
between one-quarter and one- half a mile at times.

Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities,
use low beam headlights and maintain a safe following distance.
