STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH WILL CONTINUE TO REDUCE
VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW INTO THIS EVENING ACROSS THE MISSOURI
RIVER VALLEY. WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS COLD
AIR POURS INTO THE REGION. SNOW AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL SPREAD EAST
ON TUESDAY AND LINGER ACROSS EASTERN SD AND WEST CENTRAL MN
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. OVERALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LIGHT BUT BLOWING
SNOW WILL REMAIN A CONCERN IN ANY FALLING SNOW.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM 5 ABOVE IN THE WEST TO AROUND 20 IN
THE FAR EAST. HIGHS ON TUESDAY WILL MAINLY BE IN THE TEENS WITH
SOME LOWER 20S ACROSS THE EAST...THOUGH THOSE TEMPS MAY FALL
THROUGH THE DAY.
