OVER MOST OF THE REGION. THE PRECIPITATION OVER IOWA...ILLINOIS...
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA WILL BE MAINLY IN THE
FORM OF RAIN. THE PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE REST OF MINNESOTA AND
THE NORTHERN HALF OF WISCONSIN WILL BE A WINTRY MIX OF RAIN...
FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW. UPPER MICHIGAN IS FORECAST TO
REMAIN MOSTLY DRY THROUGH THE NIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE
FROM THE UPPER 20S OVER WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN AND FAR NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN...TO THE MIDDLE 30S ACROSS THE SOUTH.

FOR FRIDAY...MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN AND UPPER MICHIGAN DURING THE MORNING HOURS.
OTHERWISE...LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE CAN BE EXPECTED OVER THE
REMAINDER OF THE REGION...ALONG WITH PATCHY FOG. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 30S TO AROUND 40 DEGREES.
