This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Montana...south central Montana...southeast Montana and north
central Wyoming.

* WHAT...Strong to Severe Winds.

* WHERE and WHEN...Friday over the entire area. Saturday night
  across the western foothills. Sunday over the entire area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 40 to 55 mph expected Friday with
  locally higher gusts possible.

* ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...Red Flag Warning in effect for
  Friday afternoon and Evening for areas east of Billings, and a
  High Wind Warning may be needed in some areas. Additional Fire
  Weather and Wind warnings may be needed for Saturday night
  through Sunday.
