...LOCALLY STRONG WINDS AROUND THE ARLINGTON AREA THIS AFTERNOON...

Sustained winds between 35 to 50 mph with occasional gusts up to
55 mph have been reported around the Arlington and Elk Mountain
area. Expect these winds to continue with periodic gusts between
55 to 60 mph late this afternoon. Winds should gradually diminish
this evening.

Motorists, especially those driving light or high profile
vehicles, are urged to be prepared for locally strong winds
between Rawlins and just west of Laramie.
