   PZZ133-230800-  Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands-  249 PM PST Thu Feb 22 2018    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM PST THIS EVENING  SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH  SATURDAY AFTERNOON    TONIGHT  N wind 15 to 25 kt becoming E 5 to 15 kt this evening.  Wind waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 2 ft or less after midnight.  FRI  SE wind 15 to 25 kt rising to 20 to 30 kt in the  afternoon. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. A slight chance of snow in the  morning then snow likely in the afternoon.  FRI NIGHT  S wind 20 to 30 kt becoming SW 15 to 25 kt after  midnight. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. Rain likely in the evening then  rain after midnight.  SAT  NW wind 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft.  SAT NIGHT  SW wind 15 to 25 kt becoming S after midnight. Wind  waves 2 to 4 ft.  SUN  SW wind 15 to 25 kt becoming W 10 to 20 kt in the  afternoon. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft.  SUN NIGHT  W wind 15 to 25 kt easing to 10 kt after midnight.  Wind waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 ft or less after midnight.  MON  E wind to 10 kt becoming SE. Wind waves 1 ft or less.  TUE  S wind 10 to 20 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft.    $$
