   PZZ200-182330-  830 AM PST Thu Jan 18 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...  A 975 mb low pressure center near Haida Gwaii this morning will  remain nearly stationary and weaken today and tonight. Weak high  pressure moves into the waters from the west Friday night. The  next weather system is expected to impact the waters Sunday,  likely producing strong gale force wind. Extraordinary high  waves 30 to 35 feet will continue today, then subside tonight  and Friday.    $$
   PZZ210-182330-  Columbia River Bar-  830 AM PST Thu Jan 18 2018    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR ROUGH COLUMBIA RIVER BAR IN EFFECT  THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING    IN THE MAIN CHANNEL  Combined seas around 25 ft, easing to  around 18 ft late tonight. However, seas will temporarily build  to 27 ft with breakers during the strong ebb around 530 pm this  evening. Seas to 21 ft, with breakers likely, can be expected  during the weaker ebb around 615 am Fri.    $$
