A low pressure system will  affect the waters Wednesday into Wednesday evening. High pressure  will extend down from the north Thursday into Friday, shifting off  the east coast by the weekend.    $$

Seas 2 ft.  Patchy fog.  TUE  W winds 10 kt. Seas 2 ft.  TUE NIGHT  W winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft.  A chance of rain.  WED  W winds 10 kt, becoming SE 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas  2 to 3 ft. Rain likely.  WED NIGHT  N winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to  5 ft, building to 4 to 6 ft after midnight. Rain.  THU  NE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft,  subsiding to 3 to 5 ft in the afternoon.  THU NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to 10 kt after  midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft, subsiding to 2 to 3 ft after midnight.  FRI  E winds 10 kt, becoming S 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.  SAT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
