   ANZ400-240115-  954 AM EDT Mon Oct 23 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK  ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...    Strong high pressure is south of Nova Scotia today. A cold front  will move slowly through our region Tuesday afternoon and night.  Low pressure is expected to develop along the front and pass over  coastal New England Wednesday. High pressure follows for Thursday  and Friday. Another cold front should cross our region this coming  weekend as low pressure develops northward along it.    $$
   ANZ431-240115-  Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE-  954 AM EDT Mon Oct 23 2017    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH  TUESDAY AFTERNOON    TODAY  SE winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt late.  Waves 2 to 3 ft. Gusts up to 20 knots.  TONIGHT  SE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming S 15 to 20 kt late.  Waves 2 ft or less, then 3 to 4 ft after midnight. A chance of  showers late in the evening. Showers likely after midnight.  TUE  S winds 15 to 20 kt, increasing to 20 to 25 kt in the late  morning and early afternoon, then diminishing to 15 to 20 kt  late. Gusts up to 35 kt. Waves 3 to 5 ft. Showers and scattered  tstms. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  TUE NIGHT  S winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 35 kt, becoming  SW 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt after midnight, then  becoming W with gusts up to 20 kt late. Waves 3 to 4 ft. A chance  of tstms early in the evening. Showers in the evening, then a  chance of showers after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  WED  NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Waves around 3 ft in the morning, then 2 ft or less.  WED NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Waves  around 3 ft.  THU  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 3 ft.  THU NIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt, diminishing to around 5 kt after  midnight. Waves 2 ft or less.  FRI  S winds around 5 kt, increasing to 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Waves 2 ft or less.  FRI NIGHT  S winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves around 3 ft in the  evening, then 2 ft or less.    Winds and waves higher in and near tstms.    $$
