   ANZ400-242015-  326 AM EST Wed Jan 24 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK  ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...    High pressure will build into the eastern United States through the  end of the week before proceeding offshore on Saturday. A strong  storm system with an accompanying cold front will move through the  region Sunday and Monday. High pressure builds back into the  Northeast by the middle of next week.    $$
   ANZ431-242015-  Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE-  326 AM EST Wed Jan 24 2018    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON    TODAY  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Waves 3 to  4 ft.  TONIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Waves  around 3 ft.  THU  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Waves 3 to  4 ft until late afternoon, then 2 ft or less.  THU NIGHT  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 2 ft or less.  FRI  NE winds around 5 kt, becoming SE in the afternoon. Waves  2 ft or less.  FRI NIGHT  S winds around 10 kt. Waves 2 ft or less.  SAT  S winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 3 ft.  SAT NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 3 ft. A chance of  rain after midnight.  SUN  SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves 2 ft or less. Rain likely.  SUN NIGHT  W winds around 10 kt, becoming NW after midnight.  Waves 2 ft or less.
