.SYNOPSIS...Small Craft Advisory conditions will persist through
at least Tuesday as high pressure over the eastern US maintains
fresh onshore flow and hazardous seas. Gradually improving
conditions are forecast by mid week, but seas look to remain poor
to hazardous, especially in the Gulf Stream.
.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...East winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts
around 30 knots. Seas 7 to 10 feet.
