 SYNOPSIS  WEAK LOW PRESSURE 29.80 INCHES OVER LAKE HURON WILL  MOVE EAST ACROSS QUEBEC TODAY. THE ASSOCIATED WEAK COLD FRONT WILL  CROSS WESTERN LAKE ERIE THIS MORNING AND THEN DISSIPATE. ANOTHER  AREA OF LOW PRESSURE 29.80 INCHES MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS  ACROSS OHIO ON TUESDAY. A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE 30.50  INCHES OVER CENTRAL CANADA WILL MOVE TO QUEBEC BY THURSDAY AND OFF  THE EAST COAST FRIDAY.
