Patchy fog.  SUNDAY  NE wind 10 to 15 kts. Waves 2 ft or less. A slight  chance of light snow in the morning.  SUNDAY NIGHT  NE wind 10 to 15 kts increasing to 15 to 25 kts  after midnight. Waves 4 to 7 ft. A chance of light snow and  drizzle after midnight.  MONDAY  NE wind to 30 kts increasing to gales to 35 kts in the  late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 40 kts. Waves 6 to 10 ft  building to 8 to 11 ft in the afternoon. Rain and snow. Freezing  rain in the afternoon.    $$
