Cloudy.  Scattered flurries. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind 10 to 15 knots easing to 5 to 10 knots late  in the evening, then becoming northwest after midnight becoming  northeast early in the morning. Chance of snow through around  midnight, then snow likely after midnight. Waves around 1 foot.  SATURDAY  East wind 10 to 15 knots becoming east 10 to 15 knots  with gusts to around 20 knots late in the afternoon. Slight  chance of snow in the morning. Waves around 1 foot building to  3 to 4 feet in the afternoon.  SATURDAY NIGHT  East wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves  3 to 4 feet.  SUNDAY  East wind 10 to 15 knots veering southeast late in the  morning, then becoming south 5 to 10 knots early in the afternoon  veering southwest late in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves  3 to 4 feet.    Wave heights are for ice free areas.    $$
