LOW PRES WILL MOVE SE  THROUGH THE NRN WATERS TODAY THEN DISSIPATE NEAR THE CENTRAL  CALIFORNIA COAST TONIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL REBUILD OVER THE CENTRAL  AND SRN WATERS TONIGHT AND WED. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO  THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS LATE WED INTO THU...THEN DISSIPATE OVER  THE SRN AREAS FRI. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W LATE FRI  AND SAT. A COASTAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ALONG CENTRAL AND SRN  CALIFORNIA LATE FRI INTO SAT.    $$
