...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM SATURDAY TO 8 PM
PDT SUNDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE ZONES
215,216,217,263,266 AND 279...

* Winds...Northerly winds sustained 10 to 20 mph with gusts 25
  to 35 mph. Strongest winds along the western half of the
  Sacramento Valley.

* Humidity...Minimum relative humidity as low as 10 to 20 percent
  on Sunday. Poor relative humidity recoveries in the 30 to 40
  percent Saturday night.

* Highest Threat...Northern and central Sacramento Valley,
  especially west of the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations
  below 2000 feet.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
