GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE ZONES
215,216,217,218,219,263,266 AND 279...

* Winds...Northerly wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts 20 to 35 mph.
  Strongest wind along the western half of the Sacramento Valley
  and coastal range.

* Humidity...Minimum relative humidity of 5 to 15 percent today
  and Tuesday. Poor relative humidity recoveries in the 25 to 45
  percent range, lowest along the western edge of the Sacramento
  Valley and coastal range.

* Highest Threat...Northern and Central Sacramento Valley,
  especially west of the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations
  below 2000 feet.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
