...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM SATURDAY TO 8 PM PDT
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 45 mph
  with gusts up to 65 mph expected. For the Heat Advisory, possible
  high temperatures in the 90s to around 100 degrees Saturday, and
  just a few degrees lower on Sunday.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and Santa Ynez
  Mountains Western Range.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 11 AM PDT Sunday. For the
  Heat Advisory, from 9 AM Saturday to 8 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Hot temperatures may cause
  heat illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
