Rounds of showers with embedded lightning storms capable of occasional cloud to ground lightning and locally heavy downpours will continue tonight. Stronger storms producing gusty winds. .EXCESSIVE RAINFALL IMPACT... Rounds of heavy showers and storms will be capable additional amounts of 1 to 2 inches overnight. Locally higher rainfall amounts will be possible, especially across the south, which could lead to minor nuisance flooding. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through late tonight for the offshore Brevard and Treasure Coast waters due to southerly to southwesterly winds 20 to 25 knots. Elsewhere, small craft should exercise caution due to winds of up to 20 knots. The nearshore Volusia waters are forecast to remain around 15 knots. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY. High storm chances are expected to continue through the week, as deep moisture remains across to the area. Storms may produce gusty winds, occasional to frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall. Repeated rounds of heavy rain may lead to localized flooding, especially mid to late week. Fire weather conditions gradually improve through the week from continued high moisture and rain chances. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
