Primary hazard is a few localized tornadoes in east- central Minnesota. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for most of Minnesota until 8PM. Periods of moderate to heavy rain are ongoing as well across most of northeast Minnesota with impacts from flooding being observed. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Additional rain and thunderstorms are expected late-week into this weekend. In north central Minnesota, Itasca County. In northeast Minnesota, Carlton and St. Louis Counties. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises on creeks and streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 654 PM CDT Tuesday, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
