This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A line of storms will move in from the west between 2 and 6 AM,
with scattered thunderstorms developing between 4 and 6 AM along
the Mississippi River. The Storm Prediction Center continues to
give a Marginal Risk, or level 1 of 5, for severe storms along and
west of a line from Manchester, Iowa to Memphis, Missouri. The
primary threat is strong wind gusts in that area. Some strong to
severe storms may be seen farther east, towards the Mississippi
River, where isolated severe winds and hail will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Building heat and humidity will lead to peak heat indices in the
mid 90s to around 100 degrees from Sunday through Tuesday.

There are periodic chances for showers and thunderstorms through
the middle of next week. However, prolonged dry periods are
likely and the areal coverage of rain may remain low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight. Any reports
of hail an inch or larger, along with wind damage would be greatly
appreciated.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Toward the east-northeast at 30 to 40 MPH.
