This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected this morning across
portions of the area.

Additional scattered thunderstorms are expected again this evening
and tonight. These storms will be capable of large hail, damaging
wind gusts, and locally heavy rainfall. A Flood Watch is in effect
for portions of the area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There is a chance of thunderstorms across portions of the area Sunday
morning, Wednesday, and Thursday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report instances of hail, wind damage, and
flash flooding to NWS St. Louis.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Missouri,
  including the following areas, in central Missouri, Cole MO,
  Moniteau MO and Osage MO. In east central Missouri, Crawford MO,
  Franklin MO, Gasconade MO and Washington MO. In southeast
  Missouri, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO and Saint Francois MO.

* WHEN...From this evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Thunderstorms are expected to train repeatedly over the same
    locations tonight and Sunday morning, leading to localized
    rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
