This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New Mexico,
southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

A Heat Advisory in effect this afternoon and early evening for the
Davis and Chinati Mountains, Chisos Basin, Marfa Plateau, Davis
Mountain Foothills, and Central and Lower Brewster County.

Wildfires from lightning are possible this afternoon and evening in
and around the Davis Mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Heavy rain is possible Wednesday night through Friday, mainly along
and south of I-10. Highest rainfall amounts are likely over
southeastern portions of the area near the Rio Grande.

Hazardous heat is possible again next week.
