...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker
  and Polk Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Riverside...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 137.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as
  several homes in the Green Rich Shores Subdivision in Walker
  County flood and water covers Thomas Lake Road. The lowest
  buildings off FM 980 northwest of Riverside flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 136.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 137.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 134.0 feet early
    Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    136.8 feet on 05/12/2019.

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Houston, Polk, Tyler, Trinity
  and Angelina Counties.

For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,
Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  - At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.0 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.6 feet on 05/02/1993.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the
  heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
  completely inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 17.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Friday morning and continue falling to 14.5 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    17.4 feet on 05/04/1952.
