This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A round of showers and storms is expected to move across the area
tonight. The risk for severe weather is low, but heavy rainfall
will be a concern, especially over central, north central and
far northeast Wisconsin. Localized urban flooding will be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Well above average temperatures are expected from Sunday through
Tuesday. Heat indices may surpass 90 degrees at times. The warmest
temperatures and highest heat index values are expected across
central into northeast Wisconsin.

Showers and thunderstorms will linger across the area Sunday
morning, with locally heavy rainfall the main risk. The risk of
severe thunderstorms is low.

The chance of thunderstorms continues Sunday afternoon and Sunday
night. Some of these storms may become severe with damaging
winds, large hail, and locally heavy rainfall, especially over
north central Wisconsin Sunday night.

The combination of the heat and humidity will result in the continued
chances of thunderstorms Monday through Wednesday. Stronger storms
and locally heavy rainfall are possible at times during this
period.

Spotters are requested to report rainfall totals over an inch Sunday
morning.

...BEACH HAZARDS STATEMENT IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...High waves and strong currents expected.

* WHERE...Beaches along Lake Michigan in Door, Kewaunee and
  Manitowoc Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming conditions are expected. Strong
  currents can pull swimmers into deeper water and high waves
  can sweep people off piers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Several beaches that will be most
  susceptible to the dangerous swimming conditions include...
  Rock Island State Beach, Baileys Harbor beaches and Whitefish
  Dunes Beach in Door County. Cresent Beach and City of Kewaunee
  Beach in Kewaunee County. Point Beach, Neshotah Beach and Red
  Arrow Beach in Manitowoc County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
