There is a risk for some minor urban and poor drainage flooding on
Tuesday, and a low risk for some additional flooding on rivers due
to lagging ice jams.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Pockets of light freezing rain and freezing drizzle.
  Untreated roads and walkways may be icy.  A trace to a few
  hundredths of an inch of ice accretion.

* WHERE...Central Middlesex MA and Western Essex MA Counties
  especially near the New Hampshire border.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will drop to near freezing
  across portions of interior northeast Massachusetts through
  early this evening. This will result in pockets of light
  freezing rain and freezing drizzle and some roads/walkways might
  become icy especially near the New Hampshire border. This may
  impact the evening commute and perhaps the Tuesday morning rush
  hour as well. Motorists should drive with extra caution.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas.
